I’ve been using the Galaxy Watch for a while now and I really love it so much. Well in some cases you might want to reset the Galaxy Watch for one reason or the order. So in this post, I’ll show you how to do both a soft reset and hard reset of the Galaxy Watch in simple steps.

How To Soft Reset Samsung Galaxy Watch

  1. Step 1.

  2. Press the home key which is the down key, then tap on the settings icon.

  3. Step 2.

  4. Use the rotating bezel and scroll to Advanced, tap on it.

  5. Step 3.


Tapping on Advanced takes you to the next page. Scroll to end where you’ll see reset. Tap on reset and the Galaxy Watch will reset.

How To Do A Hard Reset On Samsung Galaxy Watch

  1. Step 1.

  2. Press and hold the power button until the power option turns up, tap to switch off the watch. Wait until the watch completely switches off.

  3. Step 2.

  4. Now, press and hold the power button until you see rebooting, then release your finger and press the home key intermittently to scroll through the options.

Press the home key intermittently to scroll through the options, scroll to recovery, then press and hold the home key. The Galaxy Watch will now hard reset and clear all data on the watch.
