Each of these three is fitness-focused and well equipped with all standard sensor onboard to track your active life. Any of these three is able to track your VO2 Max., calories, sleep, steps, distance, and inbuilt GPS enables outdoor activity tracking for routes, location and real-time pace.
But Stratos 3 is a more comprehensive activity tracker than the other two. It features 19 preloaded sport modes compared to 16 on the other two and features 8 FirstBeat algorithmscompared to 4 each on the other two.
