These days design matters a whole lot as far as smartwatches are concerned, and on that note, the Amazfit Bip with its sleek and stylish design look very similar to Zeblaze Crystal 2. Although, the Crystal 2 is slightly bigger. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the Mi Band 3 also looks adorable, though has the smallest screen size among the three devices. No doubt navigation will be easier on a bigger screen, and on that note, Amazfit Bip and Crystal 2 have the edge.
Amazfit Bip is the slimmest out of the three, it’s only 9.5mm thick while Zeblaze Crystal 2 is 10.3mm and Mi Band 3 is 12mm thick. Looking at the display properties, Mi Band 3 has the richest display, but the Amazfit Bip which uses a transflective display technology that can be viewed much clearer and better under sunlight. On the other hand, the Crystal 2 has a colorful LCD which is also legible and easy to read.
Going by the weight, Mi Band 3 is the lightest weighing just 20 grams, followed by Amazfit Bip which weighs 31 grams and Zeblaze Crystal 2 weighs a little more at 34 grams. Nonetheless, all three are very lightweight and comfortable to wear.
In terms of fitness tracking features Amazfit Bip is the most robust. It has an inbuilt GPS that allows it to map your routes during an outdoor workout without carrying your phone along. With the other two, you must carry your phone along to track routes. Meanwhile, each of these three is equipped to track your daily activities such as steps, calories, heart rate and sleep.
The Amazfit Bip has an incredibly long battery life, it has been confirmed and testified by thousands of happy users. It has a battery life that exceeds 10 days on mixed usage. On the other hand, the battery life is much lesser with Zeblaze Crystal 2, though Mi Band 3 comes close with about 3-5 days of battery life on mixed usage.
Which Should You Buy?
If you are just after a fitness Band why not go for Mi Band 3, the design is good plus it has really nice fitness tracking features and a long battery life.
Although not disputing the fact that Zeblaze Crystal 2 is a really nice smartwatch with a stylish design and a huge list of fitness tracking features, I think Amazfit Bip has been tested and trusted unless you want to try a new smartwatch from a different brand. Zeblaze has quite a whole lot going well for them in the smartwatch industry you know and they have some of the best smartwatches available right now. Their Thor 4 is a killer.
So if you want to try something new from a different brand, why not, you can go for Zeblaze Crystal 2. Otherwise, continue to flex your Amazfit Bip if you already own one.
