[su_box title=”What’s the Difference?” style=”default” box_color=”#D5F5E3″ title_color=”#0B5345″ radius=”3″ class=””]
- Design
- Fitness Tracking
- Battery Life
Basically, these three watches have the same design. You might not be able to differentiate one from the other by mere looking at them.
However, the main difference in design among these three is that the Vantage M has a case made of Glass fiber reinforced polymer which is no doubt a very durable material but compared to the Vantage V which has a stainless steel case that’s more durable with a Glass fiber reinforced polymer back, while the V Titan has a titanium casing that extends to the bezel. Thus, makes the V Titan a more premium smartwatch with the most durable material.
The Vantage M has the least weight thanks to the reinforced polymer casing that leaves it weighing just 45 grams compared to the V and V Titan weighing 66g and 59g respectively. The Vantage M is also 0.5inch slimmer than the other two which adds to making the most comfortable wear for long hours of activities.
In addition to the more durable materials used for the V and V Titan, these two also feature Corning Gorilla glass manning their screen which ensures they both can survive harder knocks that would have crippled the PMMA lens on the M.
Also, the Vantage M isn’t a touchscreen, while both the V and V Titan are touchscreen supported, in addition to 5 physical buttons each. This, of course, makes the later two easier to navigate compared to the M which has only 5 physical buttons.
Although, while the straps of the M and V Titan are interchangeable, the V isn’t.
One common feature that relates to these three devices is that each is fully equipped to comprehensively track your active life in the most efficient and effortless manner.
However, while any of these can track your steps, distance, pace, routes, complete sleep stages, continuous heart rate tracking, fitness level via VO2 max, swimming metrics plus lots of sport mode to choose from, the V and V Titan come with a barometric altimeter that enables Running power – a feature that gives you a comprehensive insight into the intensity of your training sessions, and Recovery pro – another feature that lets you see how your body is recovering from the previous workout, helping you plan and achieve more without breaking down.
Although, the M can still work with the third party running power like Stryd.
It’s important to note that all the members of the Vantage series have quite impressive long battery life that lets you go long on a single charge. This is great especially for fitness enthusiasts engaging in long hours of training sessions, it ensures you can focus on the goals to be achieved.
However, the V and V Titan takes it a bit further, offering you longer battery life that should see you through the week on smartwatch mode, and about 40 hours in training with GPS active. A great deal for hikers.
