The difference between the WSD-F20 and WSD-F30 comes in the design. The F30 has a smaller case size and is slimmer while having a better display and slight longer battery life than the F20.

1. Design and Display

Both the F20 and F30 have sophisticated and stylish designs, but the F30 has a much better moderate case size than the F20 which was quite bulky having a bulky size that was somewhat too big for some people.

The WSD-F30 has a richer display, it features the same dual-display technology only that this time its monochromic LCD and OLED instead of the WSD-F20’s monochromic and TFT LCD display. The OLED display offers a richer and more interactive display than the TFT LCD. However, the TFT LCD being brighter is more visible under direct sunlight.


2. Battery Life

Both the F20 and F30 have quite impressive battery life, however the F30 has a slight longer battery life than the F20. With the F30, you should easily get over a day of battery life on mixed usage with GPS and Bluetooth on, while with the F20 it’s just about a day.

Which is Better?

No doubt, the F30 is a much better choice. Both offer almost same features, but with the F30 having a more stylish design, moderate case size and a slight longer battery life, it’s no doubt the better choice. After all, it’s an upgrade, a successor to the F20.

Surprisingly, both the F30 and F20 are priced almost the same, except the F20A – (one of the three versions in the F20 series which is reasonably priced lower.)
